I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the results of the cataract surgery and especially for the caring you showed towards me. I know you have many patients so that is really hard to do with everyone. I was especially impressed with the prayer you said before I went into surgery. I want you to know that I really appreciate your kindness as my eye doctor. Monday, when you used the laser I wasn’t feeling well all over, but you made it easier for me. You are an excellent doctor and I do appreciate and like you as a person.

I had an Intraocular Lens implanted in my right eye on January 31 and my left eye on February 21 at the Surgery Center of Farmington. The surgery was painless and everything went as it was explained; from the marking of the eye, to the laser room and on to surgery. We had breakfast on the way home, took a nap, and took it easy the rest of the day. WOW, I can read without my glasses. The out of pocket expense was worth it.

John Fitz is my superstar ophthalmologist! Dr. Fitz’s education, experience, and brilliant mind help him to go the extra mile in treating even difficult eye issues.
